Bloating is the most common symptom of pregnancy that many women have experienced. Depending on the increase in gas in the body, it comes to the water and gives a sense of discomfort. It start showing up around week 11 and likely last throughout the pregnancy up until delivery day. Swelling is also accompanied by nausea. It makes you feel like you've eaten too much.


What causes bloating during pregnancy?


1.Progesterone :
 

The hormone progesterone is a vital hormone for the body to stay healthy during pregnancy and is known as the cause of bloating, gas abuse and pregnancy. This hormone allows your body's smooth muscles and of course the digestive system to work comfortably. When doing these operations, changes in the digestive tract are brought about. Alterations in the digestive system lead to bloating, stomach gas and belching and other such poor results.

During the 4th week of pregnancy, the fertilized egg is held on the uterine wall, meaning implantation takes place. Because the same hormones slow down the passage of food through the entire digestive tract, bacterial activity in the intestines is greater. Bacteria break down the intestines more and more. As a result, gas formation increases. For this reason, pregnant ladies become indigestion, sourness, and eventually bloating.

5. weight gain:


You will eat more when you are hungry. Besides, if you are fed on richer diets than vitamins and other nutrients, you will increase the amount of calories you get. On the other side you will have more rest and less physical activity due to your pregnancy. As a consequence of all of this, you will feel uncomfortable and bloated in the future.


How to reduce bloating during pregnancy?


In the early stages of your pregnancy, the digestive system is extremely sensitive. You may experience a feeling of bloating frequently. Here are some easy ways to prepare for you, which can help your problem.

1. Increase fluids intake:
 

For plenty of fluid to maintain fluid balance in the body. Start with a glass of water in the sun and continue to sip all day long for your health. Also, take fresh juices on your diet. They help to excrete the toxins of your body systems and protect you from constipation and bloating on the other hand.

2. Eat in small portions:


It will be difficult to eat in small meals, but it helps if you are protected from bloating. You have to shrink your portions in quantities, but shorten the intervals of meals. By dividing your food into six small meals instead of three heavy meals, you can not only keep your digestive system from overloading, but also feed your baby better. Feeding in small portions also keeps gas formation under control.

3. Eat slowly:


You should eat slowly, giving each locus a chance to move towards the digestive tract. Do not overload your digestive organs. If the locusts are fast, each swallow will have swallowed some air and this will form a gas.

4. Eat a lot of food rich in fiber:

Some foods such as onions, cabbage, broccoli and beans are food makers. Stay away from these to prevent swelling. Fried foods will not make gas, but they can slow down the digestive process and cause bloating. Reduce all those greasy foods that will bloat.

6.Quit refined sugar


While you are pregnant, you will have more sweetness. You should never consume refined sugar. Carbonated drinks and sugary fruit juices contain high levels of fructose, leading to bloating. choose fresh apricots, bananas and peach juices to soothe your sugar needs . Do not chew gum, do not buy sorbitol-containing foods, because it will cause gas and bloating.

7. Try to relax:


Eating quickly is a frightening habit. You rush so fast that you have swallowed some air in every locale, and it gives you a bloat.,Do not eat anything when you're stressed.

8. Exercise every day:


You have to exercise every day to stay active. Exercise keeps all of your body's systems in working condition, reduces gas and protects you from bloating. If you sit all day and do not make any movements, the gas in your body will not move so it will stay inside and cause bloating. Simple exercises such as pelvic movements will help release the accumulated gas in your body. Consult your doctor for any kind of exercise.
